A racehorse syndicate is a form of shared ownership where the members own, or lease, an interest in one or more racehorses and make a financial contribution to their purchase in return for legal or equitable title to the horse. They will share the costs (for example training fees, travel and veterinary care). Additionally, there will be potential for shared benefits, such as race winnings, sale price, trips to the races, visits to the trainers yards and more (dependent on individual terms).

Same as a syndicate, but for a spread of multiple horses. For example, several people owning shares in a company which owns 3 horses, as opposed to being part of a syndicate for a single horse. Similar benefits of yard visits, race tickets, hospitality, shared prize money, sale and breeding returns.
