  • Buyers browse and contact sellers for free. For sellers, it costs a one-off fee of £475 to list a horse on the platform. Smart Syndicate charges no commission or ongoing fees.

    The sale details - cost of shares, any ongoing fees (for example vet or trainer bills), along with any potential returns - winnings, sale of horse, sale of offspring are to be clearly and individually specified by the vendor in each listing. These costs are unrelated to Smart Syndicate.

  • Smart Syndicate is the meeting place for buyers and sellers of racehorse shares. Sellers list their horse for a one-off fee. Buyers browse and get in touch with the sellers they like. Horse share price, sale, terms and any ongoing ownership fees are conducted privately between buyers and sellers.
